It’s that time of the year again!!… Last year we The Carleton Nigerian Students Association re-invented NEPA and it was a huge success just as it has been over the years… now we are bringing you the FIFTH edition…NEPA 10 “Blackout”.
BELIEVE US WHEN WE SAY THIS IS GOING TO BE THE BIGGEST AND MOST HYPED EVENT YOU WILL SEE IN A VERY LONG TIME.
